Shipping & Payment

We ship your order insured with DHL throughout Europe.

The shipping costs for shipments within Germany are € 5.00. If your order is worth more than € 150,00 shipping is free within Germany. If the order value drops below € 150,00 due to returns we charge € 5,00 for shipping.

Shipments within the European Union cost € 10.00.

Shipments to the rest of Europe cost € 15.00.

Your payment options: PayPal, credit card, direct debit, SOFORT bank transfer, prepayment, cash on delivery.

Return & Exchange

If you want to exchange or return your everve product, simply use the included DHL Return Label. We pay for the postage. If you want to speed up your exchange, send us an e-mail. Please return your product to us within 30 days of ordering. And remember: we can’t redeem items that you’ve already worn on the bike.

Guarantee

If you detect defects or premature wear on your everve product, we will check them immediately and, after the analysis, decide whether to replace or repair it. If we find in the analysis that defects have arisen due to improper use, we will decide on a case-by-case basis how to proceed.

Seat comfort guarantee of the “me shorts”

If the configured padding of your ‘me shorts’ doesn’t fit you 100%, we’ll exchange it once for free. Please contact us.

Repair service

We want you to enjoy our products for a long time and therefore offer a repair service – if the condition of your product allows it. If something is damaged, get in touch and we will find the best possible solution.

Crash replacement

If your everve shorts or jersey have been damaged in a crash, we offer a repair service. If the damage is too great, you can order a pair of shorts or a jersey at reduced price (-20%).

Packaging

everve uses only high-quality packaging material that protects the goods well. In doing so, we also take care of the environment, therefore we have deliberately decided against complex product packaging and most of our packaging consists of paper and cardboard. This conserves the natural reserves of raw materials. You can put the packaging in the waste paper collection, along with your old daily newspapers, etc. Necessary non paper material, e.g. adhesive tapes, labels do not interfere with the recycling process.
